Event Description

This webinar will teach you to take proactive steps to maximise retention within your workforce.

Outset Group will share the practical steps that attendees can put into action to help retain your staff.

Recruitment and retention is a major current challenge for employers, particularly those in the food and drink industry. We will look at key tips for maximising the recruitment process. Consider how you can maximise retention. We will also consider options for expanding the labour pool by employing non-British nationals, for instance how to go about sponsoring workers.

About the speakers

Chloe Pereira, Legal Director
Chloe qualified as a New York lawyer in 2007 but stayed in London where she trained with a top, international law firm. Chloe has been advising clients on employment law and business immigration matters since then, joining Outset Group in 2016.

Chloe is used to delivering strategic and highly commercial legal advice to clients, often within tight timescales. About The Outset Group
The Outset Group provides businesses with a different approach to legal and consultancy services.
Since 2002, we’ve been challenging the status quo in the professional services sector. We strongly believe the old ways of providing advice are outdated and no longer suit the needs of the fast-paced business world we operate in today. It’s why we’ve always been driven to deliver advice differently, and more importantly, better suited to our client’s needs.

Our innovative business model and service delivery give us the flexibility to shape our services around the needs of modern businesses. In other words – we’re not your typical professional services firm with a rigid, traditional based approach. What we love most, is to do things in a way that suits your business.

We’re constantly innovating and have developed an ecosystem of complementary services, suitable for every sector and business size. We offer a 360 degree approach to looking after your people and premises, through to supporting you with all kinds of business transactions. This includes HR advisory and consultancy, Health & Safety, Employment Law and corporate, commercial and property law.
