Anna Stevens

Anna has a passion for landscape, farming and conservation and is a lifelong Kent resident. She is enthusiastic about her role in Growing Kent & Medway, where she oversees the programme's outcomes and impact, including grant development and delivery, new product development, business mentoring, networking, and engagement. Anna may be in touch with you or your GKM point of contact, to find out how you are getting on in your relationship with GKM, and will monitor the progress of any GKM services or awards you have received or applied for. Anna can signpost you to colleagues across the programme who can help you to access GKM services that are right for you or your business. Anna has a background in project management and land management, particularly in the areas of project planning and delivery, income generation and stakeholder engagement. Anna has developed successful policy and planning documents and systems. She is experienced in change management and improving customer experience.
