Luke has worked in and around the hospitality industry for the last 10 years following on from undergraduate studies in International Hospitality Management.
Luke founded Garage Coffee Roasters in 2015, sourcing and roasting high grade speciality coffee and has opened 6 shops under the Garage brand as well as supporting around 60 other hospitality business when opening for the first time or starting up with speciality coffee. Garage Coffee Roasters is now an award-winning company, supplying wholesale coffee to many other hospitality businesses from small independents through to public sector bodies.
