Nick is a senior executive with over 10 years' experience in managing a regional SME in the Electrical Wholesale sector. Focusing both on day to day operations and identifying and managing strategic opportunities and risks, he has, along with his Board steered the business to significant sales growth and increased local market share, as well as improving internal processes and customer service. During this time he has been accepted as a Fellow to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Nick's approach to what makes a successful business includes:
Staff development - promote from within wherever possible
Creating a strong sense of who we are as a business and what value we add
Building long-term, committed relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers, through motivation and collaboration
That effective leaders must lead- take responsibility when things are difficult, and distribute the credit to others when things go well
