About

Steve is an experienced social entrepreneur with a background in developing training and
employment for those disadvantaged in the labour market.

Steve first worked in catering in 2005 when he established Impressions Bistro’s in five locations across Kent adding two additional Coffee Lounges: La Joules and Solutions. Steve has an MBA and was made a Fellow of The Royal Society of the Arts for service to social business in 2006. In 2011 he established Bread & Roses CIC and the award-winning Super Kitchen social eating project. In 2013 he established Inklusive CIC which uses circular economy methods in ink production.

He is also the chairman of Eudaimonia, a charity which has an established permaculture farm and school in Kenya. Steve has been a consultant to Feeding Britain and supported over 200 disabled
entrepreneurs to establish their own businesses. Steve now operates Sweet Caroline’s
Dessert House, utilising surplus foods in the production of ice cream and other goodies.
