As the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for Growing Kent & Medway, Laura is responsible for overseeing project progression. She develops monitoring plans for partner organisations and collects data on project metrics. Previously, Laura was the Mentoring Programme officer for Growing Kent & Medway. With a background in project management, contracts and licensing, Laura has a wealth of experience in the public, private and third sectors.
