Fermenti: Transforming Gut Health Through Fermented Fruit Innovation

Marie-Laure Prevost, founder of Fermenti and a dietician with expertise in microbiome science, has developed innovative dry fermented fruit snacks that promote gut health while offering greater convenience than traditional products. Through Growing Kent & Medway's support, including our Business Innovation Vouchers, Business Sustainability Challenge, Mentoring Programme, and Food Accelerator Programme, Marie-Laure accessed critical research facilities at the Medway Food Innovation Center and formed a valuable partnership with mentor Nimisha Raja MBE, founder of Nim's Naturally.
This collaboration has enabled Fermenti to establish a presence in stores across London, including Planet Organic and Whole Foods, with plans for online sales and expansion.
