Wantsum Brewery: Crafting Low-Alcohol Beer with British Hops

This collaborative project brings together Wantsum Brewery, Wye Hops, and the University of Kent's Biotech Hub to develop innovative low-alcohol beer using British hops. Supported by a Growing Kent & Medway Business Innovation Voucher, Head Brewer, Andrew Dudley, is working with Klara Hajdu (Head of Research & Breeding at Wye Hops) and Dr. Helen Cockerton (Growing Kent & Medway Research Fellow) to compare beers made with American versus English hop varieties.
