Mike has developed extensive experience over the past 30 years, working within the fruit industry from grower to agronomist. He spent 18 years working for Yara UK as its national horticultural agronomist advising growers on plant nutrition.
Mike has now joined Orion FT in the position of Business Development Agronomist. This has enabled and supports a core ethos of his, to offer and adopt a more holistic best practice agronomic approach to emphasising and understanding the importance of soil & plant health to ensure the long-term sustainability of agriculture and food production whilst making a positive contribution to combating climate change.
