Event Description

The masterclass will be an introduction into trusted scientific resources for food and drink businesses, freely available to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). The course will offer IFST knowledge hubs on consolidating advice, practical guidance and links to external resources on areas such as: 
Covid-19
Food Allergens
Sustainability
Food Safety
Food Processing. 
Alongside this, there will also be links to Food Science factsheets which are clear, concise and scientifically reliable information on key food science topics.

About the speaker
Natasha has over 20 years’ experience in international technical roles in food manufacturing, including product development, quality assurance, project management and regulatory affairs and compliance. She studied Food and Technology at the University of Reading and Graduated with a BSc (1st Class, Hons). As IFST Senior Scientific Affairs Manager, her principal focus is contributing to the communication of its scientific voice, as well as supporting and uniting food professionals for the advancement of the sector.
