About the speaker

Karen Green is a business consultant, speaker and author of two books - Recipe for Success and Buyer-ology - know your buyer, sell more and sell better.

She has extensive knowledge of UK retail having worked as a buyer for Tesco and Boots and then sales director working for different food giants such as Samworths, Greencore and Bernard Matthews.

Her clients are now mostly food and drink SMEs who are looking to scale by selling to UK retailers and she is also UK sales advisor for UN International trade centre.
She regularly speaks at events such as IFE, Farm shop and deli and is a foodie judge for Great Taste awards and others.
