General description

This equipment can be used to measure and optimise flow, texture and melting behaviour of liquid and semisolid food products as well as packaging materials.

Technical description

TA HR-20 Discovery all-in-one rheometer can measure flow (rotational) and oscillational rheological properties of liquid and semi-solid foods as well as melting behaviour and texture of food products and packaging materials.

Use: Product analysis (e.g. fat/texture)
