General description

This equipment can be used for shelf-life of food products as well as research and development.

Technical description

The moisture analyser uses infrared and microwave technology to measure the moisture and solid content of food samples quickly and accurately. The measurement of each sample only takes a couple of minutes and requires no sample preparation. It has different programs for different types of products for optimal performance.

Use: Product analysis (e.g. fat/texture)
