Dr Abhimanyu Sarkar is a molecular biologist with over thirty years of research experience, and has worked on a large range of organisms, including legumes, insects and microbes.
He has been a scientific adviser to different plant biotechnology startups. He obtained his Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Maryland (College Park, USA), and has a Masters in Genetics and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from India.
