As an entrepreneur, AJ founded Sharp Relations in 2010, Taste Kent Magazine in 2019 and The Taste Testers, a flavour consultancy service for food and drinks producers, launched in 2022.
AJ knows good food. She has been a judge for the Great Taste Awards for six years and a member of the Guild of Food Writers.
